HaBayit LaBubot is a direct importer of display mannequins, dress forms and display equipment for stores, studios and home sewers. Our warehouse and showroom are in Tel Aviv, our stock is on the shelf, and if you'd like to see a mannequin up close before you buy, you're welcome to come in and try it out.
The Brand Is New. The Experience Isn't.
Behind HaBayit LaBubot is Mekor HaTextile Ltd., a family business in Tel Aviv that has been operating since 1968 and is now run by the third generation. At Mekor HaTextile we've been selling haberdashery and sewing accessories to professionals and hobbyists for more than five decades, and for more than five years we've also been importing and selling dress forms and display mannequins. Demand grew, the range grew with it, and at some point it was clear this field needed a home of its own. That's how HaBayit LaBubot was born: a new name for an operation that already has experience, regular suppliers and returning customers.
Direct Import, No Middlemen
We import directly from the United States, Germany, China and other countries, from certified factories working under quality control. Alongside our own dedicated production, you'll also find international brands such as PRYM. With no middleman in the way, the price the customer pays reflects the importer's price, and responsibility for what arrives in Israel is ours alone. Before a model goes into stock, we check samples, dimensions, stability and finish, because a mannequin that doesn't stand straight or a size that doesn't match the chart comes back to us, not to the manufacturer.

Come, See, Measure
A photo on a website doesn't tell you everything: shoulder height, waist circumference, the weight of the base, how the mannequin comes apart and fits together. At our showroom at 15 Kfar Giladi St., you can see the main models, compare them and get advice on choosing the right size. If you come with a client's measurements or a sketch of a shop window, you'll leave with an answer. You can also call or message us on WhatsApp, send a photo of what you're looking for and get a recommendation before you make the trip.
The Same Service for a Single Store and a Whole Chain
Our customers are fashion stores and chains, independent designers, dressmakers, design studios, fashion schools, photographers, theaters and wholesale stores, as well as people buying a single dress form for sewing at home. The difference between them is quantity, not how we treat them. A business customer gets a wholesale quote tailored to quantities and delivery dates; a private customer gets the same advice and the same product inspection before it leaves the warehouse.
Wholesale
Stores, chains and distributors who want to work with us on an ongoing basis are welcome to contact us by phone, WhatsApp or through the Contact Us page. We prepare a personal quote based on models and quantities, and arrange delivery or pickup from the warehouse. Special orders, in a size, color or finish not in regular stock, are also arranged directly with us.

Frequently asked questions
Can I see the forms before buying?
Yes. The showroom is at the Kfar Giladi 15 branch in Tel Aviv, during opening hours. You can see the main models, take measurements and get advice on choosing a size. It is recommended to call or write on WhatsApp before coming to make sure the model you are interested in is on display.
Where do the forms come from?
We import directly from the United States, Germany, China and other countries, from certified factories that work under quality control. Some of the products are from international brands such as PRYM. In every case the import is ours, with no middlemen.
Do you work with private customers or only with stores?
Both. A private customer can buy a single dress form, hangers or an ironing board on the website or at the branches. Stores, chains and distributors get a wholesale quote by quantity, by contacting us at 03-9444226 or on WhatsApp at 055-2473993.
Is stock available, or do I need to wait for an order from abroad?
Most models are in stock in our warehouse in Tel Aviv and supplied from it. Because we also serve wholesalers, a particular model may sell out before the website is updated; in that case we will let you know, offer a delivery date or an alternative model, and if you prefer, refund your payment in full.
What is the connection between HaBayit LaBubot and Makor HaTextile?
HaBayit LaBubot is a brand of Makor HaTextile Ltd., a family business in Tel Aviv that has operated since 1968. We imported and sold the forms and display equipment within Makor HaTextile for more than five years, and when the field grew we set up a brand and a website of its own. The team, the warehouse and the suppliers remained the same team, warehouse and suppliers.
