How to measure correctly

Remove the strip of paper and unfold the ribbon. Attach it to the body without tightening. Measure the waist at the narrowest point, and the chest and thighs at the most prominent point, with the ribbon parallel to the floor. Read the number where the beginning of the film meets the rest of the film.

Pro Tips

• After use, roll the ribbon in a loose circle and do not fold it tightly, so that folds do not form that make it difficult to measure.

• In a kit for a group, it is recommended to give each student a different color, so that it is easy to identify whose each film is.

• From time to time, the ribbon is compared to a ruler, to make sure it doesn't stretch.

• Keep away from heat, iron and direct sun.

Common mistakes

• Strong pulling of the film while measuring. Basic tape may stretch if stretched forcefully.

• Tighten the tape until it presses against the body.

• A twisted or folded ribbon on the back while measuring girth.

• Measuring over a thick garment.

This is our simplest and most affordable measuring tape: folded, solid in color and without a box. For everyday use in the studio, the glass fiber measuring tape is more suitable in a transparent box (653801 model), which hardly stretches.
