Product description
A branded garment cover: the packaging the customer takes home
When a customer leaves the store with an evening dress in a clear plastic bag, her connection with the brand ends there. When she leaves with a fabric cover that has your logo printed on it, the cover keeps working for you: in her closet, in the car, at the event hall and every time she takes the dress out. Printing a logo on garment covers turns a simple storage item into part of the shopping experience and of the business's identity.
The printing is done on non-woven fabric (Non-Woven) garment covers in black or white. This is a breathable fabric that protects from dust and light, and it's smooth enough for the logo to come out sharp and clean. You can see the covers themselves in the Dress and suit covers category: from a short cover for shirts and suits to a long 180 cm cover for evening and wedding dresses.
Two printing methods, depending on the logo
Screen printing: suitable for a logo in one to three solid colors. You get a full-color, durable cover, and it's a natural choice for large quantities and for brands whose logo is clean and graphic.
Digital printing: suitable for a logo with color gradients, fine details or many shades, which are hard to reproduce in screen printing.
We choose the method according to the file you send and the type of cover, and explain why before we begin.
How an order works
You send us the logo file, preferably in vector format.
We check the file: resolution, colors, and whether there are details too fine that may disappear in printing.
You receive a mockup of the logo on the cover, in the exact size and position.
After you approve, we go to printing.
Each cover is checked before packing, and then the order is shipped or picked up from the showroom in Tel Aviv.
What's the difference between this page and the covers in the category
The covers in the category are sold without printing, even as a single piece. This page is for a business order of covers with your logo, from 30 units.
Common uses
Handing a dress to a client: an evening dress, wedding dress or suit leaves the store in a cover bearing the business name.
Dress and costume rental: a branded cover that returns to the store with the dress, and is used again and again. Your name appears on it with every rental.
Store display: a row of uniform covers on matching Hangers creates a tidy, polished look, both in the stockroom and in the fitting area.
Shipments to customers: a garment that arrives in a branded cover looks like a gift and not like a package.
Productions, photo shoots and fashion events: styling, fashion shows and photo studios, when you need to quickly identify whose each garment is.
Who it's for
Fashion stores and boutiques that want a uniform look from the shelf to the customer.
Bridal salons and evening dress designers, where the handover is part of the experience.
Tailors and seamstresses who hand finished garments to clients.
Stores renting dresses, suits and costumes.
Fashion brands and design studios building a consistent brand identity.
Laundries and dry cleaners who want to replace the plastic bag with a cover the customer keeps.
Professional tips
Send a vector file: AI, EPS or vector PDF preserve sharp lines at any size. A screenshot of the logo from the website will almost always come out blurry.
Fewer colors, more presence: a logo in one to three colors prints cleaner and more stable. Most brands have a one-color version of the logo, and it's worth using it.
Contrast between the logo and the cover: a dark logo stands out on a white cover, and a white or light-colored logo looks excellent on a black cover. A dark gray logo on a black cover almost disappears.
Position and size: on a cover with a zipper in the center, the logo should sit so that the zipper doesn't cross it. It's worth checking this in the mockup before approving.
Plan by garment length: if you sell both long and short dresses, order both lengths with the same logo so the look stays uniform.
Common mistakes
Approving a print without a mockup: a logo that looks good on screen can look different on fabric. The mockup is the stage where you make corrections, not after printing.
Choosing a cover that's too short: a dress that sticks out below the cover isn't protected and looks sloppy. Measure from the tip of the hanger to the hem of the garment, and add 10 to 15 cm.
Choosing a logo with very fine details: very thin lines and text that's too small may get lost in the texture of the fabric. If the logo includes a small slogan, consider printing without it.
Storing a garment long term in a plastic bag: plastic doesn't breathe and traps moisture. A breathable fabric cover is better both for handover and for storage.

Frequently asked questions
Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum quantity for logo printing on garment covers?
The minimum order is 30 units. You can order larger quantities with the same logo, and get a tailored quote for wholesale orders by contacting us.
What format should I send the logo file in?
The preferred format is a vector file: AI, EPS or PDF. A vector file keeps lines sharp at any print size. If you only have an image file, send it in the highest resolution you have, and we will check whether it is suitable for printing.
What is the print size on the cover?
The print size is A4, that is, 21 by 29.7 cm. Within this area, the logo is placed at a size that suits the cover, and the exact size and position are approved in a mockup before production.
What method is the logo printed with and what is the difference between the methods?
The logo is printed by screen printing or digital printing. Screen printing suits a logo in one to three solid colors and gives full color coverage. Digital printing suits a logo with color gradients or fine details. The method is chosen according to the file and the type of cover.
How long does it take to prepare an order of covers with a logo?
The preparation time is 1 to 4 business days, depending on the quantity, counted from the moment you approve the mockup. Afterwards you can receive the order by delivery or collect it from the showroom in Tel Aviv.
Which covers can a logo be printed on?
On garment covers in black and white. First choose the cover model and size, and then the print placement is matched to it.
Can I get a mockup before printing?
Yes. Before production, the file is checked and a mockup of the logo on the cover is sent for approval.
How many colors are recommended in the logo?
1 to 3 colors. A simple logo with few colors comes out sharper and more uniform on fabric, especially in screen printing.
Who is a branded garment cover suitable for?
For bridal salons, dry cleaners, tailors, suit stores and boutiques. The customer takes the garment home in a cover with the business name on it.
What do I do if I do not have a vector file?
You can send a high-resolution file, and we will check whether it is suitable for printing. For the sharpest result, a vector file, AI, EPS or PDF, is better.
